Marietta College Head Men’s Basketball Coach Jon VanderWal is pleased to be accepting Applications for the 2008 Pioneer Basketball Camp. The Camp will be hosted by Marietta College and the Men’s Basketball team and begin June 9th and run through the 19th.
“We feel our camp will help you become the best player you can be,” says Coach Jon VanderWal, “You will gain a greater appreciation and love for the game. We stress fundamentals with an emphasis on shooting and ball handling.”
The Camp is open for all students from grade 3 to 11. As well as hosting individual camps for players, Marietta College will play host to Varsity and JV Basketball teams from around the tri-state area.
The basketball camp will be held in Marietta College’s Ban Johnson Arena and Dyson Baudo Recreation Center and housing is provided in Campus residence halls for boarding campers.
